Oh the Wynwood Walls. There are just so many amazing pieces of art drawn on the walls that it was so hard to decided to pick which pictures I wanted to use. So, I chose a few from each. : )
I just love the colors on this wall and how it is supposed to look 3D.
It was so hot when we were walking around the walls and throughout Wynwood District. My friend and I wanted to get out of the sun that day because we had gotten so much color the day before. That attempt clearly failed. It was very necessary to relax in the shade for a little bit.
The walls from this point are ones that are the streets of the Wynwood District. The artwork is AMAZING! Everywhere you turn, there’s art work on the buildings, on the sidewalks (see this post). I just wanted to stop everywhere and take pictures.
I told you this bag would make many more appearances and I wasn’t kidding! I love that it can be used as both a clutch or a crossbody! It makes it just that much more versatile and the colors go with many different outfit combinations.
The hair is up at this point! I just couldn’t keep my hair down anymore. I was so hot and sweaty. But it didn’t keep me from having a good time. There was just something about all of the art around that kept me smiling. And the fact that my cousin came and met us for happy hour (thanks Gianfranco!).
These last two photos make me laugh. We were just having fun with the camera and playing around while we were waiting for our Uber to show up.
I would love to know what you all think of the post. Which wall was your favorite?
Thanks for stopping by!
