I love looking back on vintage fashion to see how it has influenced fashion today. In the spring, while cleaning out my great-aunt’s house, my family and I stumbled upon a variety of clothes that can easily be transitioned into today’s fashion. This vintage sweater is one of those finds.
I love the colors on this sweater because it is not something that I would typically go for. Although this sweater belonged to my great-aunt, it looks as if it could be bought in a boutique today. I love that it is thick enough to wear as a coat when the weather isn’t that cold.
There are more great finds from my great-aunt’s house that will appear on the blog. This post features a straw bag found at the house that is perfect for a spring/summer outfit.
Has anyone else found vintage items from their family?
