Happy 4th of July!! There’s nothing better, in my opinion, than being down the shore with family and friends for the 4th. And I’m loving this USA sweatshirt t-shirt!
I love lighthouses and Old Barney in Barnegat Light is my favorite.
It was super windy when we went to visit the lighthouse and walk along the rocks.
I love walking along these rocks. One of these days I’m going to walk all the way out to the end where the bay meets the ocean!
I’m such a history nerd and love the history that surrounds historic places. I love that lighthouses have their own unique history!
This sweatshirt from Ily Couture is probably my favorite for the 4th. The short sleeves are perfect for a slightly cool night where you don’t really need a heavy sweatshirt or full sleeves. To me, it made sense to wear this sweatshirt while going to see the lighthouse because to me, lighthouse are part of America.
Fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays for multiple reasons, the first being obviously celebrating being American. The second reason is being down the shore with my beach family. It was the one time of year where the majority of the block is able to make it down and we can all spend time together. The weekend is full of happy hours, drinks on the beach, and a big party with fireworks on the Fourth!
The weather is looking cool for tonight so this may be a repeat outfit for tonight instead of my navy striped dress I planned to wear! Check out my Instagram to see what I end up wearing!
